These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by New Edge Improvement.

Program Description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize New Edge Improvement to send you text messages concerning roofing, construction, remodeling, repair, and general contracting services.

Messages may include:

• Estimate and inspection scheduling
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project and job-site updates

• Service follow-ups

After receiving your request, we will send a confirmation text message. You will then stop receiving messages from the applicable text messaging program.

To rejoin the program, submit a new form, sign up again, or otherwise provide new consent.

Message delivery may be delayed, incomplete, or unsuccessful because of:

• Mobile carrier issues
• Network interruptions
• Device compatibility
• Service outages

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Telephone Number Changes

You agree to notify us if your mobile number is canceled, transferred, disconnected, or reassigned to another person.
